We are currently seeking Diesel Service Journeyman/Mechanics who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, driving innovation, and pursuing personal growth. In this role, you will execute all duties of a fully qualified heavy-duty truck repair technician with minimal supervision. This role is responsible for:

Performs skilled and complicated mechanical work on heavy-duty truck equipment and related components with minimum supervision.
Correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; keeping records
Performs troubleshooting on major problems.
Works with and helps train Apprentice Technicians.
Advises the Service Foreman if additional repair work is necessary.
Maintains favorable relations with customers.
Participates in training to stay abreast of new technology.
Maintains a neat and orderly working area, and proper handling of company tools.
Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements for this position include

Minimum 4 years experience or vocational graduate.
CDL preferred.
Valid Driver’s License.
A/C, Brake and DOT Annual Inspector Certifications required. Or can pass the test given by Diesel Solutions.
Must have, at a minimum, one specialization (i.e., engine, drive train, etc.).
Must be able to navigate Cummins quick serve online or at least one engine and truck manufacturer online wiring and parts look-up.
Must have own tools necessary to perform position duties
Must have good customer relations and communication skills.
Positive attitude, safety consciousness, good instincts, and self-motivation
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance a variety of tasks
